These preschool lessons will lay the foundation that later enables players to successfully control the ball and rally once entering Red Program. We teach basic locomotor and pre rally skills including running, jumping, balancing, tracking, catching and throwing. Parent participation is encouraged. Each lesson is personalized to the student’s ability, skill level and interest. Students will learn the fundamentals of piano playing such as note reading, technique, rhythm, theory and sight-reading, in a positive and fun environment. Those who have former musical experience will strengthen their musical knowledge, refine their skills and build their confidence. From Classical music to Pop music, students will study a wide range of musical genres. Students will also have the option to participate in a final class recital at the end of the term. Piano or keyboard at home is necessary for this course as well as piano lesson books ($15 and up). In this playful, beginner-friendly workshop, kids will learn basic sewing machine skills and hand-stitching techniques as they design a unique plushie using fabric, felt and a variety of embellishments. They'll add personal touches like eyes, facial expressions, and accessories to create a one-of-a-kind stuffed friend. By the end of the workshop, each child will take home a handmade plushie and a new set of creative skills. No prior sewing experience is needed—just bring your imagination!
