Intro to Music Together® Babies Only Mini Session 0Y - 8 Months Babies love music and are natural music-makers. This program supports early musical development through singing, dancing and play, helping caregivers nurture their child’s musical growth, even without prior musical experience. Designed for infants up to eight months of age, this introductory program encourages babies to explore and express their natural musicality while building connection through shared music-making. Parent participation is required.Twin siblings attend free. Course fee: $48 per registered child, due at registration. Family licensing fee: $25, due at the first class and non-refundable after the first class. Total program fee: $73. Age: Newborn to eight months at the start of the class (non-mobile infants only). Discover how important—and fun—your role can be in supporting early musical development This research-based, award-winning program features mixed age classes where each child participates at their own level. Musicality is nurtured through singing, dancing, listening, watching and exploring instruments. Families are encouraged to continue music-making at home throughout the week. The whole family is welcome, including parents, grandparents and caregivers. Classes are 45 minutes each week. Parent participation is required. Siblings under 10 months at the start of class attend free with a registered sibling. Course fee: $92 per registered child, due at registration. Let's Play is a vibrant and inclusive community program. Families will engage in a variety of play opportunities with their child, such as loose parts, sensory explorations, the wonder of art, music and movement, science discoveries and more. Registration is required. Instructor: Community Services Location: Activity Room - South Bonson Community Centre Sessions: 11 Fee: FREE Tu 10:00am-11:00am #15731 Sep 22-Dec 1 Mom and Babies Studio Circuit 16Y+ This circuit class is a fun, supportive workout designed for parents, especially moms who are four or more weeks postpartum, or six or more weeks after a caesarean. This studio-based class combines cardio, strength and flexibility to help rebuild core strength, improve overall fitness and support mental wellness during the postpartum period. Babies stay close on mats or blankets while participants move through a series of low-impact, functional exercises in a safe and welcoming environment. All fitness levels are welcome. This class is a great way to stay active, connect with other parents and bond with your baby—no stroller required.
