When: Every Thursday from April 6 to June 29 Time: 10:00am - 12:00pm

This playgroup is for all families with children from birth to 6 years old and consists of free play, circle time, crafts, drumming, healthy snacks, and bus tickets, as well as toys and resources in a warm cultural environment. The Story Blanket program focuses on traditional Indigenous cultural teachings, such as the Medicine Wheel and the Seven Sacred Teachings. A local Elder attends and provides traditional knowledge and support along with Fraser River Indigenous Society Aboriginal Infant Development Program/Aboriginal Supported Child Development Consultants.
