A fun program designed to introduce fundamental movements through games, activities and sports. The emphasis in this class will be creating a fun atmosphere for your child and teaching basic multi skills for their development.

These preschool lessons will lay the foundation that later enables players to successfully control the ball and rally once entering the Red Program. We teach basic locomotor and pre-rally skills including running, jumping, balancing, tracking, catching and throwing. Parent participation will encourage additional learning and support. At the end of the program, we believe tennis will become one of your family’s favourite activities to enjoy together. Sportball – Multi-Sport 4Y - 6Y

Sportball Multi-Sport introduces children to the concepts and skills involved in the eight core sports of the Sportball approach. This program reinforces the benefits of teamwork and skills development rather than the importance of winning, giving children the confidence and social skills necessary to succeed in sports and life.
