Choose to Move - Information Session 50Y+ Are you an older adult looking for support and motivation to become physically active? Attend this in-person information session to learn about the Choose to Move program. This program in partnership with BCRPA and the 'Active Aging Society' will help introduce the habit of physical activity into your daily life in ways that make sense for you. More information is viewable online at choosetomove.ca. To confirm your attendance, pre register at least 5 days prior to the start date and/or attend this Information Session. Choose to Move! 50Y+

In Choose to Move, you will receive individual and group support. You will work with an activity coach to develop and stick to a physical activity plan made just for you. You choose activities that you know you will enjoy and be able to do. With the help of your activity coach and support group, you will find the motivation and accountability you need to achieve your goals. Pre-requisite: Attend the Information Session for assessment and health forms to be completed prior to starting the program and/or pre-register at least 5 days before the program start date.
