Parks Projects Update Pitt Meadows is the Natural Place where parks, open spaces, sports fields and green spaces are key to the way of life. The multi-sport courts are now open and ready for play! In March and April a portion of the trail and the courts were closed for resurfacing repairs and improvements. These enhancements were part of the Mitchell Park upgrade plan and are now complete. In Full Bloom! Despite the prolonged winter season, the spring blooms around Pitt Meadows did put on a show - just a little later than usual. The Fraser Way Roundabout was impressive and fragrant with multi-coloured hyacinths! The parks team works year-round to keep our parks and gardens The parks department received helpful feedback from the community and user groups on space planning and amenities of four key park projects. This information will help guide the planning process. For full details visit pittmeadows.ca/parksprojects.
