This fitness dance class is sure to improve your cardio and fun factor all in one. Join the instructor as we move to tunes from various radio hits and dance styles! Get ready to learn some simple choreography as we tone and sculpt. All levels are welcome and you will work at your own pace as we unleash, let go and gain confidence, just be ready to dance! SportMEDBC RunWalk In-Training Programs 16Y - 99Y Whether you’re a runner or a walker of any level, the internationally regarded SportMedBC 10K InTraining Program will help you reach your fitness & health goals in a safe and supportive environment! The 13-week program, designed by SportMedBC’s RunWalk Coach, Olympian Lynn Kanuka, will gradually develop your strength and stamina so that you can train injury-free and prepare for the 10K distance.
