This class is a gentle sequence of moves that will refresh your body with slow restorative moves that allow for a longer stretch and relax the day's tensions. Props are recommended. Morning Tea and Watercolour Painting Class 16Y - 99Y

Start your New Year with a calming cup of tea and a new painting ritual. Visual artist, Carmen Chan, will teach students the basics of traditional Chinese watercolour painting with emphasis on the process and technique. Students will learn how to load a paintbrush with watercolours, mix inks and use layering techniques to paint onto a silk fan. The workshop fee includes all the supplies, materials and a cup of tea.
