These preschool lessons will lay a foundation that later enables players to successfully control the ball and rally once entering Red Program. We teach basic locomotor and pre-rally skills including: running, jumping, balancing, tracking, catching, and throwing. Parents’ participation during the class helps play- ers to feel more at ease in a new environment while receiving an additional learning support. At the end of this program, we believe that tennis will become one of your family’s favourite activities.
