Registration, Program Cancellations & Refunds Customer Cancellation Requests Cancellation requests will be taken prior to the start of the program. Non-attendance is not accepted as a cancellation request. Single day programs require 24 hours’ notice to be eligible for a credit/transfer. Refund Cheque Information: All refunds are issued back by cheque, regardless of original payment type. The City of Pitt Meadows issues cheques bi-weekly. If you require a refund, please contact the Registration Line at 604.465.2470 *Please note this can take 2-4 weeks. Medical Refund Requests Requests must be accompanied by a medical certificate and receieved prior to the end date of the program. Class Exchanges A class exchange may be possible based on availability, prior to the start of the second class. If there is no space available in the requested class, a refund will be processed in accordance with the Refund Policy, or a credit applied to account. Receipts The receipt you receive when you signed up for the program can be used for income tax purposes. Remember to keep your receipts. If you require a replacement copy, please contact your local recreation centre. Note: please allow time to have your request processed. If We Cancel A Program A full credit will be applied to your account. Refund cheques are available upon request.
