Spending time at home alone while your parents are busy running errands or working? This Canadian Red Cross Stay Safe program provides the skills needed to safely look after yourself. We will cover Basic First Aid and interactive lessons and scenarios that will help you and your parents feel more confident when you are home alone. If you are interested in learning how to become a better more knowledgeable leader, join us in this development program to help explore your skills! To participate in this program, training and onboarding is mandatory. Some of this training will take place in our signature City wide events leading up to our Summer Camp programs (Pitt Meadows Day, Canada Day). Teen Weight Training 13Y - 16Y

Our certified instructor will introduce you to the basic of weight training and the benefits of a program that will work for your body. Teens will be taught the importance of proper body mechanics and form. Come dressed to exercise as you will get in a great workout each session.
