FAQS What is included in the fee? (for 15 children, additional charge applies to more participants) The fee includes a facility host who will open the gymnasium for you, and facilitate the active play or sports. The host will set up a designated area in the gymnasium with tables, chairs and tablecloths before the start of the party and remove them once the party ends. Any items you bring in including decorations, you are responsible for cleaning and removing. Why is food not included? Due to the volume of dietary restrictions, allergies and customizations we have left the food component up to you - the good news is that we have reduced the fee to not impact your party budget! Are we allowed to have sparklers for the cake? No, as these are deemed a fire hazard. Standard size birthday candles are permitted, but sparklers are not. Register! Registering online will reserve your time slot. Staff will contact you within a week to confirm party type and number of guests in attendance OR register by phone at 604.465.2470 or in person at the Pitt Meadows Family Recreation Centre.
