A designated Place of Remembrance is being created at Grabenhorst Garden, providing a peaceful space for reflection, connection and remembrance. Located on the south west side of the property as you enter the garden the area will feature benches, a water feature and memorial plaques thoughtfully placed around the serene space. Grabenhorst Garden Memorial Plaque Program - Coming Soon! This program will offer individuals, groups and organizations the opportunity to purchase a custom-engraved plaque to commemorate a special moment or honour loved ones. A plaque fee of $2,500 will secure a lifetime placement, ongoing maintenance and damage replacement. This program will be available once Grabenhorst Garden officially opens and will be available to current or past Pitt Meadows residents. Spaces may open up to non-residents once the demand is known.
