Grabenhorst Garden. Set against the stunning backdrop of blooming rhododendrons and lush greenery, this session combines ancient Qi Gong techniques with the healing energy of the natural world. Qi Gong is an ancient Chinese practice that blends slow, deliberate movements, deep breathing and focused intention to cultivate and balance the body’s vital energy, known as Qi (life force energy). The goal of Qi Gong is to enhance the flow of energy throughout the body, promoting physical health, emotional well-being and mental clarity. It is a gentle yet powerful practice that can help reduce stress, improve circulation, increase flexibility and support overall vitality.
