Fitness Centre Programs Achieve Your Fitness Goals
Personal Training Reach fitness goals faster with guidance from a certified personal trainer. Trainers help with form, new exercises, training plans and motivation—whether new to the gym or experienced. How to book: 1. New clients book a Fitness Starter with a Basic Plan. 2. A trainer will contact you to confirm availability. 3. Purchase a 3, 5 or 10-session personal training package. (Personal training sessions are non-refundable.) 60 min per session - $150.00 (+GST) / 3 sessions
A certified personal trainer will develop a customized workout plan tailored to individual goals and fitness levels. Whether the focus is on building muscle, losing weight, or returning to fitness after a break, the right support and guidance make all the difference. Available individual and group programs include: Fitness Orientation Ages 13+ An introduction to the fitness centre, including equipment, etiquette and safety. Participants must complete a PAR-Q form in advance and wear athletic attire with clean running shoes. Street clothes, jeans, dress shoes and work boots are not permitted. 30 min $10 (+GST) / 1 session (Includes admission to work out in the fitness centre.) Note: Teens 13-15 years MUST book and complete an Spend 30 minutes with a personal trainer reviewing health, activity levels and goals. This one-on-one session helps determine a starting point or adjustment to a fitness plan and identifies the most suitable training options. 30 min $15 (+GST) / 1 session Fitness Starter with a Basic Plan Ages 13+ Book an appointment with staff to receive a basic plan and learn exercises and techniques to build a personal fitness program. Bring a completed PAR-Q form and wear athletic attire with running shoes. Street clothes, jeans, dress shoes orientation to work out in the fitness centre. Fitness Consultation Ages 13+

Registered Group Programs: Teen Weight Training Ages 13-18
This group training program teaches teens the basics of strength training, focusing on proper technique and safety. Ideal for teens new to strength training and looking to improve their skills. 60 min sessions - see page 27 for next session Intro to Weight Training Ages 55+ This group training program is tailored to seniors 55Y+ with a focus on improving muscle strength, maintaining bone density and enhancing functional fitness. 60 min sessions - see page 27 for next session
