Drop-In Gymnasium Schedule Jan - Mar 2022

Reminders • Drop-in sessions require in-person sign-in at front desk with confirmation of admission or a valid membership scan card. Sign-up sheet will be available 30 mins prior. First come first serve; we do not reserve spots or have a call in process. Thank you kindly for following our facility rules. You may enter gym at advertised program time. • Sessions are unsupervised and require you to follow facility guidelines and etiquette. Pickleball, volleyball and ball hockey have a volunteer leader to assist. • Participants must set up, take down and return equipment to storage room within scheduled times. • Bring your own equipment: Pickleball paddles & balls, badminton racquets & birdies, basketballs, floor hockey sticks (no taped and/or wooden blades). • Wear appropriate athletic attire and safety gear for your sport. Only dry, clean running shoes are permitted. • No food in the gymnasium, water bottles only. Fitness Centre Programs

To book a Fitness Orientation or Training Program, call 604.465.2470 to schedule an appointment. Appointments are available Saturday and Sunday and require payment at the time of booking. Note Teens: 13 – 15 years MUST book and complete an orientation to work out in the fitness centre.

Fitness Starter with a Basic Plan Ages 13+

Where and how do you begin on your fitness journey? Book an appointment with our staff and they will give you a basic plan and show you some exercises and techniques that you can take away and build your own basic fitness program. Please bring a completed PAR-Q form and dress in athletic attire and running shoes for this session. No street clothes, jeans or dress shoes/work boots allowed. 75 min $48 (+GST) / 1 session External Trainer Applications Contact Jackie @ 604.465.2473 jsenchyna@pittmeadows.ca to apply for facility usage 2 weeks prior to your visit with a client. If requirements are not met in advance, you cannot train in the facility. No exceptions apply. 7

No street clothes, jeans or dress shoes/work boots allowed. 30 min $10 (+GST) / 1 session (includes admission to work out in the fitness centre)
