Free Flow Creative Movement and Dance for Teens 12Y+ Alchemy Free Flow Dance are a safe, nurturing space to move freely – just as you are. There are no steps, no choreography – just your body, your breath and the beat. Let go of judgment. Feel the freedom to be wild soft, awkward still – fully you. This is movement as medicine. In this hands-on class, you'll gain basic sewing machine skills while creating a beautiful, functional accessory. By the end of the workshop, you’ll know how to thread a sewing machine, wind a bobbin, sew a zipper, use a sewing pattern and choose the right fabric for different types of projects. No prior experience is necessary—just bring your creativity! All supplies are included in the cost of the workshop. If you are interested in learning how to become a better more knowledgeable leader, join us in this development program to help explore your skills! To participate in this program, training and onboarding is mandatory. Some of this training will take place in our signature City wide events leading up to our Summer Camp programs (Pitt Meadows Day, Canada Day).
