This circuit class is a fun and supportive workout designed for parents—especially moms who are 4+ weeks postpartum (or 6+ weeks after a caesarean). This studio-based class combines cardio, strength and flexibility to help rebuild core strength, improve overall fitness and support mental wellness during the postpartum period. Babies stay close on mats or blankets beside you while you move through a series of low impact, functional exercises in a safe and welcoming space. All fitness levels welcome.
