The walk will explore three different trails along the lake while narrators Gina and Victoria, will share stories of Sasquatch sightings, sample recordings of Bigfoot vocalizations and documents related to the hairy creature and possible connections to unidentified flying objects in the area. FEATURE ARTIST WORKSHOPS Open Art Studio Tina Davis, an artist based in Maple Ridge, has dedicated almost two decades to refining her skills in oil painting. Largely self-taught, Tina actively participates as a member of the Federation of Canadian Artists and has proudly exhibited her artwork in galleries and exhibitions throughout Canada. Beyond her own artistic pursuits, Tina finds great joy in sharing her knowledge by teaching art classes and workshops to both children and adults within her community. As part of our Open Art Studio, we offer free workshops with a feature artist. Pre-registration is required as space is limited. Expressive Brushwork: Mastering the Art of Painterly Style - Session 1 16Y+ We have invited local artist Tina Davis to give us an interactive workshop for artists of all skill levels to learn valuable, practical techniques for expressive brushwork to foster a looser, more painterly approach to their artistic work. Participants will need to bring: canvas or watercolour paper, 3-10 assorted brushes and paint of your choice in white, blue, yellow and red.
