Yoga – Restorative 16Y+

A gentle stretch class to restore the mind body connection. You will be guided through a gentle sequence of poses to refresh your body with slow restorative moves that allow for a longer stretch with the use of props to relax the day's tensions. Most equipment provided. Recommend to bring a mat, pillows and/or blankets to roll up to give comfort and support your poses. All levels are welcome.
