This beginner-friendly program teaches the basics of strength training. Focused on proper technique and safety, it helps build muscle strength, endurance, and overall fitness while boosting confidence and promoting healthy habits. Ideal for teens new to strength training or looking to improve their skills. Come dressed to move—each session includes a workout.
