This Class is a TRX circuit using the suspension training system designed to improve your core strength and major muscle groups. Suitable for all levels as each person works at their ability. Part of the session will focus on stretches to assist your overall flexibility. Yoga - Restorative 16Y+

A gentle stretch class to restore the mind body connection. You will be guided through a gentle 75min sequence of poses to refresh your body with slow restorative moves that allow for a longer stretch with the use of props to relax the day's tensions. Most equipment provided. Recommend to bring a mat, pillows and/or blankets to roll up to give comfort and support your poses. All levels are welcome.
