Dance - LatinFit/Line Dancing: Beginner/Refresher 19Y+ A fun LatinFit and Line Dancing-inspired class of Merengue, Bachata, Cumbia, Samba, Salsa and Waltz led by Doris. This is great for those new to dance and/or as a refresher for the experienced. We will be executing footwork to various genres of music, some new and familiar oldies. Bring a water bottle, clean soft-soled shoes or runners and wear comfortable clothes to move in. Salsa Dance - Beginners 16Y+

Join Jenn in this fun and invigorating learn-to-Salsa dance class. You will be taken through a series of basic steps with progressive choreographed routines, focusing on styling and technique. No partner or high heel shoes are required. Dance shoes recommended or a fitness shoe that is lightweight with a pivoting point on the sole. SportMEDBC RunWalk In-Training Programs 16Y+ Whether you are new to running or looking for a fun way to stay active, SportMedBC's RunWalk, InTraining Program is a progressive training program that utilizes a combination of running & walking to help gradually increase your strength and stamina. Guided by a team of trained leaders, you will build the endurance and confidence to prepare you to complete a 10KM distance injury-free at the end of 13 weeks. Participants will meet with the Instructor once per week, plus receive a comprehensive 13-week InTraining plan, weekly coaching advice, nutrition tips, and access to additional training resources.
